How can I contact the Safest Space team? There are a number of ways you can get in contact with us! On social media, you can reach out to us on instagram at @safestspacepodcast by sending us a DM or commenting on our posts. For more public interaction, you can comment on the blog page or community discussion page on this site, to communicate both with the team and other members of the community For completely private communication, you can pop into the chat box on the bottom right corner of any page on this site, and our team will get back to you as soon as we can.

I have a topic that I'd love to see you guys talk about. Is there any way for me to suggest it, maybe for the next podcast or blog post?"That's awesome! We always love to hear about what you guys are interested in, and we try to always talk about topics that will help our community. If you have some ideas or suggestions for us to talk about, please send them to us in a message through the website, an instagram dm or comment, a comment on the blog, or a post in the community discussion. A community suggestions box is currently in the works, so hopefully in the future we can access your ideas even easier. Thank you so much for your support of Safest Space!

Are you qualified to give me specific psychological advice? At Safest Space, we're all committed to helping others that we relate to and building a community. Unfortunately, none of us have a professional background in psychology, which means that while we can help lead discussions and give you tips that might work for you, we can't give you any formal advice. If you think you would benefit from speakinig to a professional, or at any point feel you might need some immediate support to help mitigate a situation, please access the 'Safest Space Resources' page on the top home bar. Reaching out to a hotline or booking an appointment with a local therapist or university councillor is a great course of action if you want some extra support.
